A 600 student school pays ₹9,000 for the year, which is about ₹1.25 per child a month.

What the price excludes
Costs that belong to somebody else, passed through at cost
Two of these are real and neither is ours to keep. Both are stated here rather than discovered on an invoice.
- Payment gateway charges
- A parent paying online is charged by the gateway at the gateway's published rate, and that charge is billed to the school, not to us and not marked up by us. Edulynk takes no percentage of your fee collection.
- Message costs, when messaging arrives
- The parent inbox is included at no extra cost. Where a school wants messages delivered to a mobile number as well, the per-message cost is the provider's own rate, passed through with nothing added.
- Taxes
- Prices on this page are exclusive of GST. GST is added on the invoice at the rate in force.
- Payment gateway charges are passed through at the rate your own gateway gives you. We add nothing to them.
- Message delivery to a mobile number is billed at the provider’s own rate, passed through with nothing added on top.
- Migration from your current system and spreadsheets is free on every plan, including the first one.
- No setup fee, no per-user charge, and no charge for parent logins.
- Priced on students actually on roll, counted once a term. Students who leave stop being billed.
- This is our introductory price while we take on our first schools. Anyone who signs up at it keeps it for as long as they stay.
Terms
The small print, in full size
How is the student count decided?
On active enrolment at the start of your academic year. Students admitted mid-year are billed pro rata at the next anniversary rather than immediately, and a student who leaves does not reduce the year already paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Migration from your current system and your spreadsheets is done for you and costs nothing, whatever shape the data is in.
Will the price go up later?
Not for you. This is an introductory price while we take on our first schools, and a school that signs up at it keeps it for as long as it stays with us.
What if we stop?
You can export your students, invoices, payments and the ledger. We would rather you left with your records than felt held by them.
